Tandartspraktijk Een Tandje Hoger
Article 1 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions form an integral part of the treatment agreement(s) between Tandartspraktijk Een Tandje Hoger, including its employees and other involved healthcare providers, and the patient.
Article 2 – Use of third parties
The practice is entitled to engage third parties, such as dental technicians or observers, in carrying out the treatment. The practice will exercise due care when selecting third parties.
Article 3 – Costs and payment
The costs of treatment are charged in accordance with the applicable rates of the Dutch Healthcare Authority. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
Article 4 – Treatment and information
The dentist provides treatment to the best of their knowledge and ability in accordance with the requirements of good craftsmanship. The patient will always provide the dentist with all data necessary for the treatment in a timely manner.
Article 5 – Complaints and objections
Complaints about treatment must be submitted in writing to the practice. The practice will process complaints as quickly as possible and inform the patient of the handling.
Article 7 – Liability
The liability of the practice is limited to the amount covered by the professional liability insurance taken out, plus the deductible.
